No special preparation is necessary for an introductory interview. We see an introductory interview as a mutual introduction at eye level. We introduce BREDEX to you as a company and as an employer, and in return we look forward to getting to know you and your experiences.

There is no dress code with us – not even for conversations. Not for nothing we say: Come as you are!

30 days of vacation – between the years we have company vacations and can therefore all relax and enjoy our X-Mas vacation. Working students and dual students receive 20 days.

Since we make room for all of our employees’ lifestyles, we also take into account their respective religious beliefs and the corresponding holidays. In addition, we also offer a prayer room in our offices in Braunschweig.

What are the regular events?

As part of our BX Health program, we offer membership in a partner gym, as well as regular offerings such as yoga, running groups and bouldering. In addition, we promote the mental health of our employees.
