Advanced training for software and data protection topics
The Academy offers a wide range of continuing education courses in the IT and data protection area. This includes training, workshops and courses in the areas of programming, testing, IT security, agile work, UX/UI design and requirements engineering.
We align our training courses along real, realistic processes in everyday work and thus create the transfer to reality. They are directly tailored to the needs and requirements of your company, your employees and/or your project. Our learning paths offer this possibility of individual and thus efficient further training.

Whether it’s the facilitation of retrospectives, team empowerment or a design thinking workshop – our experts will accompany you remotely with 100% quality. Despite physical distance, we place a high value on interactivity, stimulating communication and diverse methods. What might that look like? See for yourself:
- We use the BigBlueButton virtual training room, which is similar to most other common web conferencing tools in terms of functionality and structure.
- It can be divided into individual “workspaces” (breakout sessions) and other useful tools such as screen sharing or a survey tool are available.
- In order to be able to be active cooperatively as a group or individually, we incorporate various formats such as Miro into our trainings.
- Miro is a web-based and infinite whiteboard on which any number of participants can work together. It is the ideal basis for creative brainstorming or for recording the results of exercises.
- Another tool in our training courses are AhaSlides, which allow an immediate exchange between trainers and participants, e.g. through interactive quizzes, Q&A sessions and word clouds.
We also offer all our programming training courses remotely as online training – and with the same quality! What you need for this is an internet-enabled device and ideally a headset and a camera.
The software normally required for a programming training (e.g. the development environment, installed language packages such as Java 8 or similar) does not have to be prepared by the participants before the training.
All you have to do is open your browser again and follow our link to the Virtual Machine. The Virtual Machine (VM) is a virtual computer running on a host system. It is a compartmentalized visualized environment in which multiple operating systems of an independent guest system can be run in parallel on a physical computer. So, simply put, it’s another virtual computer that you can control from your computer.
What you work on in the virtual computer has no influence on your own device. This way, you can access all the necessary software and tools during training and start programming right away – without having to worry about anything before or during!
