BREDEX Thinks Internationally

Local at heart, global in mind: With the founding of our subsidiary in Hungary in 2018, we as BREDEX took the first step towards becoming an international company. Our Hungarian employees enrich our team with know-how, experience and culture. In this way, they help us to continue to grow.

In addition, we offer our employees the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally. They are always encouraged to contribute their own ideas as well as alternative solutions to the company and the teams.

First Subsidiary in Hungary

Life itself often writes the most promising stories: The decision of an employee between his job in Braunschweig and his home country in Hungary quickly led to the decision for a subsidiary of BREDEX GmbH.

At the end of 2021, almost three years after the foundation of BREDEX Hungary, 15 colleagues were already working in the branch with its official headquarters in Budapest, and we aim to grow by 25 more by 2025. And yes, this is only the beginning of our journey.

As part of the development team, our employees in Hungary have the opportunity to spend their induction time in Germany and then continue working completely in the home office or in the office in Budapest. Optionally, we offer students a long-term stay in Germany – including private language courses for German and English.

During the onboarding in Braunschweig, not only projects and tools for everyday work are presented. Our new colleagues also get enough time to get acquainted with the teams.

As part of their training at our headquarters, they will be accommodated in the fully equipped company apartment, from which our office in Braunschweig can be easily reached by bus.

Our employees have flexible working hours – there are no core working hours at BREDEX. It is open to everyone to work remotely.

Four times a year our colleagues from Hungary visit us in Braunschweig for up to three weeks and also during this time the guest apartment of BREDEX is available to them. Travel costs and expenses are borne by the company during this time, and the employees from Hungary are of course part of our summer parties and Christmas celebrations.

The hardware for the equipment in the home office is provided by BREDEX and in the office in Budapest there is also a canteen at their disposal.
