Your Tasks

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new clients and expand relationships with existing ones
Lead negotiations and manage contract discussions to finalize agreements with clients and partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align business strategies with company goals
Drive new initiatives and manage projects to ensure successful execution within timelines and budget
Monitor and report on business development activities, providing insights to senior management and recommending strategic adjustments
Search for project tenders and compile proposals for submissions

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
At least 5 years proven experience as a Business Development Manager, IT Sales Manager, or a related role
Strong understanding of IT products and services with the ability to present technical information effectively
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English is required; German language skills are a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel to Germany
