This is what drives me as a coach:
From the experiences of the last few years in different development teams and in consulting as a Quality Consultant, I have worked a lot with learning and applying knowledge. My motivation is to provide the learners with practical implementation tips, based on which they can profitably apply what they have learned in their field of IT and pass it on in turn.
