We offer you flexitime without fixed core working hours. And we also adapt to your personal circumstances. From your bed straight to your desk? Appointments during the day, but don't feel like taking extra vacation time for it? Don't worry. With us you have no problem, because you have the possibility to work in your home office. You decide how often you want to work in the office or on the road – because complete remote work is also possible with us.

For balance and relaxation, all team members have 30 days of paid leave per year.

Health is important to us at BREDEX. As part of our BX-Health program, we serve fruit and vegetables in the office. You can also take access to our water dispenser and a variety of juices. But coffee first? No problem either! Our coffee machine offers a wide range of coffees, from espresso to latte macchiato, as well as milk, oat and almond drinks!

You just moved to Braunschweig? We offer you our BREDEX apartment for the first time. The BREDEX apartment is available to you free of charge for up to three months – including WiFi and cleaning service.

Team spirit is important for us. As a new team member, we will provide you with a mentor who will explain the BX culture to you and help you with any questions you may have. Because we want you to feel welcome with us.

Additionally to annual highlights like the summer and Christmas party, you can await regular events at BREDEX like the BX barbecue in summer on the roof terrace, game and movie nights and much more.

We support your individual development through in-house trainings at our BX Academy. We also meet regularly for expert talks from the various teams, to present project reports, for Open Spaces and to introduce our Innoteam projects. Of course, you also have the opportunity to attend trainings, workshops and conferences. Through regular feedback and annual development meetings, we will address your individual needs and enable you to develop individually.
