People are at the center of my work. As a trainer, I am particularly driven by encounters with people and the opportunity to accompany people in their individual learning process and open up new horizons of knowledge for them.

Meeting people at eye level is central for me – because learning is always a two-way process. Every training course and every workshop is an opportunity for me to learn something new, especially from the participants themselves.

The opportunity to design individual learning solutions, integrate them into the overall context of the work and thus find a suitable solution in the big picture inspires me greatly.
