This is what drives me as a coach:
As an educational scientist, I am the pedagogical counterpart to my colleagues in software development. My job is to translate the needs of our customers into didactic building blocks and to develop individual, transfer-rich, and efficient training courses from these. I draw an incredible amount of energy from the feedback, the “aha moments,” and the observable learning successes of our participants, both in the conception and in the implementation of our training courses. Every training, every customer, and every solution have unique results.
